Psychedelic-Informed Therapy & Integration Support

My practice is grounded in psychological therapy, emotional integration, and conscious personal development. I offer psychedelic-informed support, meaning I help clients prepare for, reflect on, and integrate non-ordinary experiences within a safe, ethical, and therapeutic framework.

This work draws on evidence-based psychotherapy, trauma-aware principles, and a deep respect for each client’s inner process. Such experiences may arise through meditation, breathwork, or other altered states of consciousness. The focus is not on the experience itself, but on how insight, emotion, and awareness can be meaningfully integrated into everyday life in a way that supports psychological wellbeing, autonomy, and long-term change.

Microdosing Integration & Psychological Support

Microdosing integration support focuses on working with subtle shifts in awareness over time, rather than altered states or intense experiences. This approach emphasises psychological preparation, reflection, and integration, helping clients noticing patterns in mood, cognition, emotional regulation, and behaviour as they unfold in daily life. The therapeutic focus remains on meaning-making, self-observation, and translating insight into sustainable change, all within a gentle, structured, and client-led process.

Clients may seek this support to:

  • Develop greater emotional awareness
  • Work with mood, motivation, or creativity
  • Explore patterns related to anxiety, low mood, or stress
  • Strengthen self-reflection and personal insight

Sessions focus on:

  • Intention setting and reflection
  • Emotional and psychological integration
  • Tracking subtle changes over time
  • Applying insights to daily life and relationships

This approach suits clients who want a slow, grounded process that supports personal growth without overwhelming experiences.

Guided Inner Exploration

For clients seeking deeper self-exploration, guided inner exploration sessions offer extended space for reflection, emotional processing, and integration of non-ordinary experiences. These sessions focus on helping clients explore inner patterns, gain insight, and translate experiences into meaningful changes in everyday life, all within a safe, structured, and therapeutic framework.

This level of work may be helpful if you:

  • Feel stuck in recurring emotional or cognitive patterns
  • Are navigating a life transition or personal question
  • Want to explore deeper layers of self-awareness
  • Have prior experience with inner work or altered states

These sessions emphasise:

  • Careful preparation and intention
  • Emotional safety and containment
  • Guided reflection and meaning-making
  • Integration into everyday life

Clients often report increased clarity, emotional insight, and a softening of rigid inner narratives.

Because of the depth involved, suitability is carefully assessed and discussed.
