I have extensive 16 years of experience in adult and child mental health. I have a scientific background and after finishing my Master in Health Science, where I specialised in addictive behaviours, I successfully obtained a post grad in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and followed various courses in motivational coaching, trauma therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment therapy, narrative therapy and counselling.
However, besides this Western knowledge I also encountered a lot of Eastern wisdom during my extensive travels through Asia. I was able to reconnect with my true self and discovered inner peace, no matter what difficulties you face, this inner peace is always available to you. I spent 10 years of living abroad to complete this journey of self realisation and self development. It has encouraged my inner growth to become the person that I am today.
Last year upon return to my home country, I returned to work for the government but I missed making a true difference in people’s lives. As COVID-19 turned the world upside down, I decided to develop an innovative, integrated coaching program to combine the Western science and Eastern wisdom into a holistic self development program. In this unique program, I use a CBT based approach as well as body focused work to coach you towards your true nature, help you to experience inner peace and most of all…enjoy life!
