About Me

I have extensive 19 years of experience in adult and child mental health. I have a scientific background and after finishing my Master in Health & Behavioural Science, where I specialised in addictive behaviours, I successfully obtained a post grad in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and followed various courses in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), attachment therapy, narrative therapy, E-health, trauma therapy and trauma healing, motivational coaching and psychedelic assisted therapy.

However, besides this Western knowledge I also encountered a lot of Eastern wisdom during my extensive travels through Asia. I was able to reconnect with my true self and developed more inner peace, no matter what difficulties you face, this inner peace is always available to you. I spent 10 years of living abroad to work on my own journey of self realisation and self development. It has encouraged my inner growth to become the person that I am today.

In 2019, upon return to my home country, The Netherlands, I returned to work for the government but I missed making a true difference in people’s lives. As COVID-19 turned the world upside down, I decided to start my own practice and focussed on combining Western science and Eastern holistic practices. Now, September 2023, I am moving my practice to Valencia! I truly love working on this cutting edge of science and spiritual holistic practice and see the two different worlds moving closer as time goes by. In my practice, I approach every person as a unique individual and tailor my skills to suit your personal needs. I will strive to guide you towards your true nature, help you to experience inner peace and most of all…enjoy life!
