Inner wellbeing Coach uses an integrated holistic approach, because everyone is unique! My background is in science based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). This has shown to be very helpful when struggling with low mood or depression, anxiety, stress, burn-out and trauma.
On the other hand, I also provide a more integrated experience in my holistic coaching where I also integrate exercises to learn to (re)connect with your inner world of feelings and emotions. This way you develop a stronger sense of who you are and what you want. Live according to your personal values, not values set by society. This results in staying true to yourself and living a more conscious life.
I work with all ages, however my main areas of focus are teens and adolescents, adults and parents of any age. Younger children are welcome but they do need to have a good understanding of language and prior contact to determine suitability is highly advised. I do not provide play therapy.

This mini workshop about discovering your values is just the right step to take forward awareness if you never explored this topic, Joyce is very professional and yet informal host that can lead you through this little journey, to get you in contact with something so important and often unknown and forgotten.
Joyce takes a kind and gentle approach to let you look deeper into yourself. She focuses on the goals that you set for help and does not lose it out of sight. If I could, I would see her ongoing at least twice a month. But so far, I've had already a lot of benefit from it.
The workshop was a great platform to explore what my values are and how I am currently aligning to them. Very eye opening. Joyce was a lovely facilitator and I look forward to taking part in more of her offerings. Thanks Joyce!
Joyce and her workshop co-host Daphne created a truly welcoming, free, and supportive atmosphere. I felt very relaxed and had a wonderful time. The workshop lasted only 2h, but I managed to really work through some emotions.
I am so thankful for Joyce to organize this workshop and share her knowledges about ACT. We worked on one of the pillars which are the values and how we can find a balance between the importance we each give to some specific values, versus the time we are really spending on it. This is an ongoing process and exploration, thanks for helping us opening the door and raise awareness!
