Inner wellbeing Coach uses an integrated holistic approach, to get you out of your head and into your body. My background is in science based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). However, to provide a more holistic experience I integrate exercises to learn to (re)connect with your inner world of feelings and emotions. This way you develop a stronger sense of who you are and what you want. Live according to your personal values, not values set by society. This results in staying true to yourself and living a more conscious life.
I always offer a personally tailored therapy or coaching experience. Not just standard techniques or ready made coaching modules! Everything is adapted to your personal needs to provide you with the best experience.
I work with all ages, however my main areas of focus are teens and adolescents, adults and parents of any age. Younger children are welcome but they do need to have a good understanding of language and prior contact to determine suitability is highly advised. I do not provide play therapy.
The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but your thoughts about it.
