When you are struggling with depression or anxiety, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an excellent form of therapy to help you. This form of therapy is thoroughly researched, has shown strong positive outcomes and is globally used.
This unique 10 week program is based on “low-intensity CBT” of “LI-CBT”. This method was developed at Oxford university in the UK and has moved out of its research phase in 2010. More and more practitioners are now trained in delivering low intensity CBT interventions, meaning you can follow it from your own home, online or over the phone. E-health has become increasingly popular to create easier access to mental health services and support.
